Horror Film Casting
The first of the five shorts is titled "Dummy"
Shooting will take place during the last two weeks of March.

They are only looking for actors interested in working in the horror genre and
are excited about playing with all the blood, violence and twisted fun horror
movie performances require. Since there is no financing involved and the film's expenses
are being paid for by the film makers pockets, everyone will be working for free, for
the desire to create something special. We are looking for energetic actors eager
to work hard to create memorable characters and work on a project that they
can be proud of and use to push their career forward. This first short will be shot
almost entirely at night in the Nashville area. The number of days each actor will be
needed for varies.
Initially we'd like to see who is interested and then we'll know better about days/dates
and can get into more specifics. The hours will not be extreme and the set will be safe as always.

"Dummy" centers around Charlie, a young boy who, after a traumatic event, only speaks
through his ventriloquist dummy.
He is killed in a prank gone wrong and years later the bullies involved are being killed one by one
by what appears to be a reincarnated Charlie hell bent on revenge.

Proven California production company is in pre-production of "Spectre" a horror / thriller, and our second feature film. Casting calls will take place this spring and early summer. Principle photography will take place over four days on the weekend of 13 August 2011 in Elkton KY.

music video entitled You and Tom Petty on March 25-27 in Nashville, TN. The music video will be
shot on a combination of Super 16 and the RED. Talent and crew will not be compensated in
monetary form. Food will be provided as well as copies of the final project for reel purposes.
Casting for two (2) males will take place Wednesday March 9th, 2011, at Watkins College
of Art & Design (2298 Rosa L. Parks Blvd Nashville TN, 37228) from 2PM 8PM.

Valuable Stuff Productions is shooting a student short film for Watkins College of art, Design, and Film.
Shooting will be on location just outside of downtown Nashville on March 25th, 26th, and 27th.

Synopsis:
In Memory Of is a drama about a man who has fallen far from grace. After the death of his mother,
Jesse turns to heroin to help ease his pain. He eventually introduces his addiction to the
only important person left in his life, his sister Janine. They both descend deep into
heavy drug abuse, which eventually leads to Janines death. Now alone, Jesse must cope
with the guilt of Janines death the only way he knows how.
Disclaimer: This film portrays harsh language, violence and drug use.

Main Cast

Jesse: A slim man in his mid twenties who lacks confidence and is alone. There is only
one person that makes his life worth living, Janine whom he just lost from a drug overdose.
Now guilt ridden, Jesse wants nothing more but to escape from this world.
Detective Ramus: Jesses father, who is a homicide detective in his mid to late 40s.
He left Jesse when he was 14 and never looked back. Now that Jesses mother died he wants
to come back in Jesses life. Loathsome Jesse wants nothing to do with Ramus, but Ramus
will find any excuse to get close to Jesse.
Richard: A fellow junkie who uses with Jesse. He is about the same age as Jesse. He thinks he is
a friend to Jesse, however Jesse just thinks of him as a junkie who he can use with so he doesn't
have to use alone. Jesse eventually finds friendship with Richard, but by then it is too late.
Janine: Jesses younger sister, she is about 18 to 20 years old. She was once a popular cheerleader
in high school. She had her life together, but then her mom died. After her mothers death she moves
in with Jesse who introduces her to Heroin to help ease the grief and pain. Her addiction goes too far,
she is selling sentimental items to get her fix. Eventually her addiction leads to her death.

Savannah Film Company Seeks Crew and Talent
First City Films, LLC is set to begin pre-production of their feature film, Untouched,
in mid-December with filming to begin in early February 2011.
Untouched is the first feature film from the local production company whose mission is to create
and promote films that feature Savannah and local talent.
I have been preparing for this film since 2006, says actor/producer Chip Lane. He continues to say,
Untouched is based on a short I wrote and produced in 2006. It was well received in six festivals
and won Runner-Up Best Film in Asheville, NC.
